Understanding of cultural making facts   Analysis humanism learning theoretical approach was suitable to apply for cultural experience to students depending on their own will and freedom to try out. Morning information time was limi ted. Teaching topic as "Distinguishing between popular culture and different sub culture s in Finland  " could not teach and discuss with students. Teaching materials preparation check lists for cooking materials, teaching materials were well prepared but still there was some missed products. Double check is needed always in order not to disturb daily classroom's schedule. Check list was helpful. Mistakes always found easily and got feedback from others as well.   Analysis about pedagogical approach during teaching practice Pre assignment provided for students  to have good motivation and basic knowledges about European Unions, how it has been built, Finland history to join as European Unions's member and what is important value etc. As a flipped classroom approach, teacher's role and absence or not are significant to activate student's self learning in advance before teaching class. But student's memory skills depends vary. A flipped classroom approach is suitable for special needs students to have active participation while class or repeated learning to have certain knowledges and information.
