Preparation for conference to demonstrate on international and multicultural competence Preparation for conference was started to recruit group's members first of all. I posted in general channel to gather members. Our group members were Ivania, Jin, Maria and Pauline.  Through group discussion via teams, We could prepared for conferences how to demonstrate on international and multicultural competences. Challenges were that We need to organize topics which should not overlapped with other group. We made conference plan in order to have quick preview. While I had discussion with Maria and Pauline via teams, Ivania could follow up our conference plan via whats app as well. Competence in eco - social culture and sustainable future (14.12.2022)

Fatima had own webinar to introduce us about innovation on sustainability a higher education perspective on 14.12.2022.   As starting session, We all participated in writing own comments by responding on her question like  " what is sustainability? " Comments were meaningful and vary answers gave me to think that people care about sustainability as society's member. And interestingly some of comments were focused on circular economy, recycling and waste.    Fatima introduced about different scholar's perspectives.   1.Rittel & Weber 1973 which defined sustainability as wicked problem.  2.     Reflection on group 1 I participated in room 1 channel to learn competence about legislation and documents. Participants were Pilar, Pablo, Jin and Christina. However, Pablo was absent. Yusra had to present on behalf of group 2.    During confidentiality law session time, Pilar asked what do we think about personal data generally. She told us that recognizable information by inferring directly or indirectly can be personal data by mentioning data such as representative, identifiable in/directly with certain physical, mental, economic, cultural and social. Three typical personal data are sensitive personal data, general personal data and details of criminal offences.
