Technical test day

Today was technical test day with alumni and tutors Kimmo ja Riikka. Professional teacher education programme is mainly consisted of webinar meeting. Practicing Microsoft teams meeting was absolutely helpful for me especially when I practiced how to go another virtual room and come back. I personally had to check my headset and bluetooth connections because speaker is not working so well before join general meeting via teams. 

I did technical test according to shared assignments. Main point for this technical test is student knows how to use Microsoft teams freely. For examples, participating  general meeting via Microsoft teams, participating another group meeting separately, sharing pics, comments on copy rights, how to record, stop recording, sharing record during meeting, group assignments to make presentation via google drive slides  or onedrive powerpoint and upload in general channel and room file channel. 

Google drive slides was a bit challenge from the beginning because language was shown in Finnish unexpectedly and I had to think a bit longer what to click. I need to do language setting soon. I am in group 3. Here I share group 3 presentation's my own parts of favorite place and animal.

 It was good to see all of you and practice together via webinar. See you on teaching session time. ;D

Technical test will apply for our 1st teaching session how each of group's participants can go different room and teach their own topics by sharing materials, links, talking etc. 

 I feel so light and good that technical test went well for all. Plus I could practice all functions I learnt when We had group meeting personally right after technical test. Thank you for all and especially who did group work with me. :D

Learning diary 1( teaching practice)

  Analysis about pedagogical approach during teaching practice Pre assignment provided for students  to have good motivation and basic knowledges about European Unions, how it has been built, Finland history to join as European Unions's member and what is important value etc. As a flipped classroom approach, teacher's role and absence or not are significant to activate student's self learning in advance before teaching class. But student's memory skills depends vary. A flipped classroom approach is suitable for special needs students to have active participation while class or repeated learning to have certain knowledges and information. Competence in eco - social culture and sustainable future (14.12.2022)

Fatima had own webinar to introduce us about innovation on sustainability a higher education perspective on 14.12.2022.   As starting session, We all participated in writing own comments by responding on her question like  " what is sustainability? " Comments were meaningful and vary answers gave me to think that people care about sustainability as society's member. And interestingly some of comments were focused on circular economy, recycling and waste.    Fatima introduced about different scholar's perspectives.   1.Rittel & Weber 1973 which defined sustainability as wicked problem.  2.
