 Iiris Happo who is special teacher and principal lecturer in OAMK gave us assignments to watch  three YouTube videos and write down or orally explain about meaning of welfare and special supports perspective of learning. Here I share with readers about my opinions.   25.1.2023 Carlos had webinar to teach us about competence 14 to learn about values and ethical principles. During his webinar, We learnt to compare two main different points of view ethical vs unethical. Misconduct, corruption, fraud, illegal behaviours  are unethical according to Enrich et al 2004. On the other hand, honesty, integrity, professionalism considered as ethical according to Kuther 2003. During his webinar, there were some interesting topics to discuss together such as do we receive some ethical training as new teacher. I personally have no teaching experiences. Ethical training will be definitely helpful to guide in new teaching environments.  It will definitely be related in safety, rules, regulations, behaviours especially when it needs control in certain cases. "Basic concepts of entrepreneurship in education " There were discussions how to call entrepreneurial learning in Europe, which brought confusions to use terminology. In Finland used terms of internal entrepreneurship as synonyms of both enterprises education and intra intrapreneurship (See for example  Burgelman, 1983).  External entrepreneurship used term as synonyms of entrepreneurship education.  Enterprise education as internal entrepreneurship was more focus on personal development, mindset, skills and abilities. Entrepreneurship education as external entrepreneurship focused on both becoming self-employed and venture company  (QAA, 2012, Mahieu, 2006). Group 3's topic "What are the amendments and guidelines regulating, governing and providing the framework for assessment in vocational and higher education? Radu missed once because I had to reschedule once and He could not participate but He gave us review via Whatsapp and teams. How to develop my discussions and thoughts learnt from teaching session and group work? Writing learning diary is as one of way to express my competences professional teacher education programme in OAMK. Every Propeda students were required to create own blog and write own blog and review peer's at least two articles  for pedagogical planning and assessment competence especially in reflection, review and peer feedback session. My two peers were Hjanne and Majid. Teaching session day on 19.10.2022 Participants in the webinar went through group tutoring briefly. And we had 5 different group to learn and discuss about given bias from 50 cognitive bias to be aware of.  Our group's bias were given to discuss about groupthink, halo effect, curse of knowledge, spotlight effect etc. We discussed how groupthink and halo effect are related and lead to unwanted decisions in order to avoid conflicts.
